When you submit our intake form or contact us, we collect:

• Business information you provide (business name, description, services)
• Design preferences and uploaded assets (logos, photos)
• How you heard about us

We also collect basic analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (page views, device type, approximate location). This is anonymised and contains no personal identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Build your website
• Communicate with you about your order
• Send your preview, invoice, and files
• Provide ongoing free support

We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Data Storage

Order data is stored securely in Netlify Blobs (Netlify Inc., USA) under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. Email is processed via Gmail (Google LLC), also under GDPR-compliant terms.

5. Retention

We retain your order data for up to 2 years for support purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@staticswift.co.uk.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing
• Data portability
