1. Service Description

StaticSwift provides custom website design services for UK small businesses. We build single-file HTML websites delivered digitally to clients. Services are available at staticswift.co.uk.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is not required until you have reviewed and approved your website preview. Once approved, payment is due on receipt of invoice. Payment is accepted via UK bank transfer. We do not store card or bank details.

Prices are as stated on the website at time of order: Starter Site £499 one-time; Pro Site £999 one-time. Optional Launchpad Pack extras (Domain registration £79, Google Business Profile setup £149, three additional service pages £199, Logo refresh £99, two weeks of Google Ads management £149) are charged at the prices stated at the time of order; a bundle discount applies when all five Launchpad Pack extras are purchased together. Launchpad Pack extras and any Managed Plan fees already paid for the relevant calendar month are non-refundable.

The Managed Plan is optional and charged at £49 per month (£99 per month on Pro). It covers hosting, monitoring, one content edit per calendar month, monthly performance reporting, and priority WhatsApp support. The first calendar month is free. The Managed Plan may be cancelled at any time by email or WhatsApp; cancellation takes effect at the end of the calendar month in which it is received, and the website remains the property of the customer.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver your website preview within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. This is a target, not a guarantee, though we consistently meet it. The preview is delivered via a private link by email and/or WhatsApp. Source files are delivered by email upon confirmation of payment.

4. Revisions and the 60-Day Lead Guarantee

Every Starter or Pro order includes one round of free revisions before the site goes live on the customer's domain.

The 60-Day Lead Guarantee applies to the £499 Starter build cost (and the £999 Pro build cost) only. If your website does not produce at least one (1) New Enquiry within 60 calendar days of the site going live on the customer's own domain, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the build cost. The website files remain the property of the customer.

For the avoidance of doubt, a "New Enquiry" for the purposes of this guarantee means: a contact made via the contact form, click-to-call button, WhatsApp link, or any other contact mechanism on the delivered website, by a party who is not (a) the customer, (b) the customer's employee, contractor, family member, or known acquaintance, (c) a previous customer of the customer's business known to the customer, (d) a marketing, sales, or SEO solicitation, or (e) spam. The customer is responsible for sharing reasonable evidence of contacts received (such as call logs, email screenshots, or contact-form submission emails) when requesting a refund.

Refund requests under the 60-Day Lead Guarantee must be made by email to hello@staticswift.co.uk within 14 days after the end of the 60-day period. Refunds are paid by UK bank transfer within 14 days of the refund being agreed. The Managed Plan, Launchpad Pack extras, and any other add-on fees are not refunded under this guarantee.

This guarantee does not apply where: (i) the customer has materially obstructed or delayed go-live (for example by failing to supply content or approve the preview); (ii) the customer's website has been materially altered by a party other than StaticSwift during the 60-day period; (iii) the customer's domain has not been properly pointed at the delivered website; or (iv) the customer has used the website in a manner inconsistent with its design (for example, no public marketing, no Google Business Profile, no published phone number).

4a. Standard Revision Refund

Independently of the 60-Day Lead Guarantee, if the customer is not satisfied with the delivered preview after one round of free revisions, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the build cost with no further questions asked, by emailing hello@staticswift.co.uk before payment is made.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the website files outright. You may host, modify, and redistribute the files as you wish. StaticSwift retains no ownership or licence over your delivered files after payment.

We may include a small footer credit ("Site by StaticSwift") in your website. You may remove this at any time.

6. Ongoing Support

Free support is provided indefinitely via email at support@staticswift.co.uk. Support covers questions about your delivered files, minor text changes, and help getting your site online. Major redesigns or new page builds may be quoted separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

StaticSwift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We are not responsible for how you use or host your website files after delivery.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
